Testimonials

"I have attended 6 of the last 8 Spring Directors’ Knowledge Exchange (DKE).  I have to say that each year the team at Level Five brings important and relevant topics for discussion and debate.  The friends that I have made, the new contacts, the networking opportunities, and everything that I have learned and experienced at each of the DKEs I attended always surpassed my expectations. I believe that the presentations and the skills that I have acquired at the DKEs’ have helped me to grow into my current role as Chair of the Board at Sudbury Credit Union."

“I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Branch Managers Knowledge Exchange for many reasons. I was able to connect with branch managers from other Credit Unions, share sales strategies, problem solve and mutually benefit from exchanging stories and ideas. The atmosphere was engaging and informal which made collaboration feel natural. The guest speakers were excellent and provided some useful and actionable ideas as to how I can best support my team so they can focus their  time and energy on our Members and helping them advance their lives forward.”

I was blown away the first time I attended this knowledge exchange and have tried to attend every year since. I have met many amazing people, discussed some really great topics and exchanged individual and branch success stories with my peers. Always look forward to the guest speakers during the day and the social aspects at dinner time. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see every one again this year.

I've been attending the Level Five Knowledge Exchange since I joined the Credit Union System in 2012.  Not only are the sessions valuable from an educational standpoint, they  truly are an exchange of knowledge with the other Credit Unions and an opportunity to learn best practices from other commercial departments.  When you also take into consideration the venue you have overall an excellent experience with great value.

I am an experienced “banker” however, I only have 3 years of Credit Union experience and since joining my CU and attending my first KE, my eyes have been opened every day to the warmth and family values that Credit Unions deliver on. At this KE I met people that were willing to offer advice and counsel, as well as asked me for my advice and experience.  Everyone was open to ideas.  Nobody was a wallflower and yet nobody “took over” the room as I may have experienced at my previous employer.  It seems at Credit Unions we are all in this together and so we shine together. After the 2 day Exchange, there has been many mutual follow ups with many of the people I met and even a year later these connections continue.

As a long-time credit union board member, the Directors’ Knowledge Exchange has offered me the opportunity to network with other directors, engage in thought provoking discussions and share ideas and challenges. The various sessions have allowed me to participate in continuing education, increase my knowledge and is instrumental in helping me build a strong peer group.  Presenters are specialists in their respective fields and topics are always relevant and current for today. I do recommend the Directors Knowledge Exchange for all directors, experienced and those recently appointed to a board.

“In the past 2 years I have had the opportunity to attend 4 workshops presented by Bob Mosey.
Bob is by far the most knowledgable collection expert that I have met in my 33+ years in this business.
He is a skilled presenter who will keep your staff engaged with his real life experiences. I highly recommend attending any of his courses. We have sent 4 staff members over the past 4 years and will be sending more staff again this year.”
