Level Five Strategic Partners Inc. is pleased to announce that Doug MacPherson has joined our team as a senior consultant responsible for program and course development and facilitation as well as business development.  Doug has an extensive experience and expertise in organizational effectiveness, employee development, corporate learning, performance management, and talent management/succession planning.   Doug possesses practical involvement and understanding of the provincial credit union system as a former Manager of Training at the Ontario Central.  

During his tenure with Central he was recognized for his work in the development of the Credit Union Directors' Achievement Program.  "We are very excited to have Doug join our team", says Randy Tanaka, President of Level Five.  "His background is exactly what we need to meet the increasing demands for Director training and our Professional Directors Program".  Doug will be joining Vineet Bapat to provide the highest quality and most effective classroom training available.
