Collection Series Workshops

Credit unions are faced with delinquent accounts on an ongoing basis.  TLi has developed a Collection Series to teach credit union staff the necessary skills deal with these sometimes challenging issues in an efficiently and effectively way. Each workshop is one day in length and includes a guidebook for easy reference once participants return to their credit unions.
