The credit union system has been going through a significant transition over the past 10 years as long standing CEOs retire and in their place educated, younger and less experienced CEOs.  These new CEOs face significant challenges ranging from an even greater competitive marketplace, more restrictive regulatory compliance and much tighter financial margins.  CEOs must begin to find ways to network more effectively, learn from others, leverage relationships and become more efficient and resourceful.

The CEO Knowledge Exchange is designed specifically for CEOs looking to build networks, learn from the experience and knowledge of others and ultimately become more productive and efficient.  Drawing on other CEOs as well as an opportunity to discuss issues directly with experienced CEOs in the CEO Roundtable are invaluable and cannot be found in any other forum.

The CEO Knowledge Exchange is the directed at credit union issues and the system concerns facing credit unions.  It is customized to the credit union market place and as a result it is expected that a great deal of what is learned at the CEO Knowledge Exchange can and will be implemented at their respective credit unions.
